Whats the difference between wrinkles and bags under the eyes.?

Does anyone have any good ideas or home remedies for your eyes, either for wrinkles or bags.





Ive heard that putting ice on your face first thing in the morning works but Ive never tried it....sounds wacky.Whats the difference between wrinkles and bags under the eyes.?
you can't really get rid of wrinkles unfortunatly that damage is already done./


for bags (puffiness under your eyes)- your can clean and slice potatoes or cucumbers and set them on your eyes(it really works) or cool bags of camimile tea! these might not get rid of them completely but it helps, also try getting in another hour of sleep and drink more waterWhats the difference between wrinkles and bags under the eyes.?
wrinkles are a sign that you're getting old.....bags are a sign that you're not getting enough sleep.....
