What's the best way to get wrinkles out of a polyester and wool jacket if you don't have a steamer?

I don't want to iron it, and I have been told things like put it in the dryer with a wet towel or let it hang on the shower rod while shower so that steam can smooth it out. I ordered this jacket off line, got it in the mail today, and plan on wearing it tonight. Any suggestions on how to get the wrinkles out in about an hour? What's the best way to get wrinkles out of a polyester and wool jacket if you don't have a steamer?
I always use the Refresh'n Dryer Towel for removing wrinkles quickly in the dryer. It works for dry clean clothes, regular clothes, and coats and jackets. No chemicals, lasts forever and can be recycled. You can check out the website: www.RefreshN.netWhat's the best way to get wrinkles out of a polyester and wool jacket if you don't have a steamer?
The steaming in the hot shower thing works in about 10 minutes, although it makes the garment pretty damp. The tumbling in a dryer with a damp towel, pretty much the same thing. My concern with the dryer is the fact that it's a wool blend, which might shrink up in the tumble dryer.

I would go with the shower thing first, because there's no chance of damaging the fabric (shrinkage). If that doesn't work, do the tumble dryer thing on the lowest heat setting for no more than 10 minutes. And, don't use a towel that's too wet, or you'll never get the jacket dry in time.
