When they say clean a bulldog's wrinkles, do they mean face wrinkles?

Im planning on getting an english bulldog puppy soon. Ive read allot about them and am prepared. Ive never totally understood when they say clean the wrinkles, because the whole body has wrinkles. Do they mean just the facial wrinkles? When they say clean a bulldog's wrinkles, do they mean face wrinkles?
the wrinkles can collect dirt, bacteria, etc. If you clean them regularly (for me, that means about 2x per week with my bulldogs) they stay clean and bacteria, dirt and yeast free!

I save loads of money by using costco baby wipes and baby powder as well. I clean the facial fold, being very careful of the nose (it is sensitive) and the tail folds. The rest of the folds are pretty much in the clear.

if you start to notice streaking in the eye folds, it is generally from too much protein in their food, and you can eliminate it by reducing their protein intake a little.

my oldest bully only has her wrinkles cleaned when she gets bathed, which is once every couple weeks. the amount of cleaning is different for every bully.

good luck with your new baby!! they are the best dogs in the world! When they say clean a bulldog's wrinkles, do they mean face wrinkles?
When bulldogs are puppies they are more wrinkly. They grow into their skin. The face will always be wrinkly though. You'll need to clean all of their wrinkles when they are young (depending on how wrinkly your pup is). You'll use a q-tip and some water mixed with puppy soap to clean the face wrinkles, but be sure to rinse the wrinkles as well. If you leave soap in the creases they'll start to stink and could cause infection.
Any of the wrinkles, but especially the facial ones. The facial ones tend to get more saliva %26amp; dirt in them, and bacteria can build up. Any where he has wrinkles should be gently cleaned out on a regular basis.
You should clean all folds, as dirt collects in these areas and it would be really easy for parasites/bugs/fleas to hide in these areas as well...also I've heard it is a place prone to infections if not properly maintained.
face wrinkles %26amp; also the wrinkels or divots around its tail....they collect oils %26amp; dirt %26amp; will REALLY stink if you dont clean them....best to use a non-alcohol, non scented baby wipe.....works great on my pug
yea they mean the folds on and around their snout because they can usually build up a lot of bacteria which leads to an infection so clean its facial fold regularly
