What really works to get rid of wrinkles?

I don't have money really, so some product thats under 20 bucks that someone has actually used that works to get rid of wrinkles around the eyes, as well as maybe the dark circles to would be nice to know. ThanksWhat really works to get rid of wrinkles?
Most fine wrinkles around the eyes just need to be moisturized to reduce appearance.

cucumbers definitely for dark circles :]What really works to get rid of wrinkles?
The only thing that is OTC that's been proven to work is Olay regenerist. Please, please, please... DO NOT put Preperation H on your face. It's a steroid, and that can permanently damage the delicate skin on you face. Steroids thin the skin, and over time can create stretch marks and damage. Report Abuse

Believe it or not, Preporation H. It's not permanent of course but it does work.
Olay regenerist has the BEST track record according to the latest consumer report panel. It was compared to products costing up to $400. BUT, even it is not considered very effective. Wear makeup with spf of 15 or better EVERY DAY, stay OUT OF THE SUN, DON'T SMOKE, DRINK LOTS OF WATER to hydrate the skin and plump it up, don't get too thin. A bit of extra fat tissue carries estrogen in it, which plumps up the skin and keeps u looking younger, longer. WEAR SUNGLASSES. protect skin around eyes.

Use a nice daily gentle cleanser like neutrogena or dove. i know all the above works. i'm 52 and have no wrinkles, and people think i'm 35. i'm really glad i've protected my skin all these years!!
Sleep a full night (at least 8 hrs recommended)

Try not to frown a lot, or do weird facial expressions.

Buy a bottle of baby lotion if you can't afford the expensive stuff. That stuff is amazing on your skin. It's a moisturizer, skin softener, and your appearance is amazing after you put it on. Plus you don't have to deal with all different types of smells and chemicals.

Look at the mouth of a person that smoked for 20 years and look at the mouth of someone who didn't. You'll see that those who smoked for that long have way more wrinkles around their lips than those that didn't. So, stay away from that stuff as much as possible.

Stay out of the sun as much as possible, and if you have to go outside, make sure you use the moisturizers, and sunglasses to keep from having to squint your eyes all the time.

Last advice I can give is to drink a lot of water.

Ageing comes naturally, if you do get a wrinkle or two, enjoy them. I hope you'll get them from smiling, and laughing a lot.

Good Luck :-)
Aloe vera lotion and vitamin E. But honestly its apart of getting older unless you have cosmetic surgery such as a face lift and botox. Your skin renews itself every year and when you get older your body's way of rejuvenating itself slows down as well and doesnt do it the same way as you were younger.
selena...its hard to know your age as you haven't said but I guess you are seeing laugh lines.

what do you really want.

a face like a cindy doll or a human being

there is nothing more beautiful than all the face muscles working in a human being.

so be proud of what and who you are......v
plastic surgery. face lift. or botox
i heard that cucumbers help but i think they have to be cold
Sleep and cucumbers. Anything natural. They really do work! :) Sleep, sleep, sleep.
i really dont now, i suppose like skin treatment, like using the avon or mary kay treatment
nothing under 20, is going to work. Botox is!
Apparently Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) is the only thing proven to work on wrinkles. Go to the drugstore and find something with AHA in it.
i work at a dermatologists offc and we recommend the olay infinity products they work well for the price you pay! other that skinceuticals products are awesome but $$$! and the best Botox!
Outside of prevention, including sunscreen, sunglasses, eating well, and drinking plenty of fluids to keep the skin's elasticity, nothing will really prevent aging, or stop it.

However, there are some ';help'; that don't involve surgery, and here are some of the better, as silly as some of them may sound.

Preperation H. - Yes, it's true. It's normally for hemorrhoids lol but I'm telling you it will puff up those wrinkles in your skin and they'll be gone, at least temporarily. Do not use it by your eyes though.

For your eyes use green seedless grapes. Cut them in half. Mash them up a little bit. Lay back and have somebody apply them around your eyes, or you can do it yourself. Leave it on for 20 minutes and I promise you'll see a difference. Do you know why? Because every single one of those over the counter wrinkle creams contain ';grape seed'; and grape seed oils. Skip the expense and go straight for the grapes.
Quit buying those bull creams! Get pure shea butter (not lotion) put it on your face every night after the shower.
This sounds funny, but turmeric really works! There was a point when a few lines started creep in around my eyes. And I completely freaked out, being too young for all that *clears throat.* So, anyway, I tried this cream. You can get it in most Asian stores and if not they should have it on the Internet. Its called VICCO. Its definitely under twenty bucks - and actually works. Hope this helps.
Be gentle with your skin and it will go a long way in keeping it smooth and supple. Gently massage the face with glycerin-honey mixture. Dip a cotton pad in unbeaten egg white, and smooth it across wrinkles. Leave it on for an hour and remove it with a cotton dipped in ice-cold water. pre-mature wrinkles are usually a result of dry skin. so for that you have to find the best moisturiser for your budget.

if they are your true aging wrinkles, opt for those anti aging ones. i heard kose is not bad. since you have a budget, you can buy their samples instead.

there are some people with inherent smiley eye wrinkles. that cant be helped!! i think its cute btw!
