What is the difference between fine lines and wrinkles?

Can fine lines be considered lines that you can see for example on your forehead without raising your eyebrows or are they considered to be wrinkles? I know that this may seem like a silly question but I am just curious. What is the difference between fine lines and wrinkles?
Lines, wrinkles - it's just a case of degree. When not very pronounced they are usually described as fine lines. When more pronounced they are described as wrinkles. Many on answers, even very young ones, are always proclaiming they have very pronounced or deep wrinkles, creases, etc. But we know, don't we, that it's simply an exaggeration. I've just seen one question posted by a 14 y.o. that she considers she looks like a 40 year old.
