I found this was a safe, very effective treatment to greatly minimize them and largely prevent others forming. With front of fingers held together massage very vigorously backwards and forwards directly on the lines. For forehead: Use front of first three fingers held together and do a horizontal forward and back massage directly on the lines. Starting from one side of forehead, do a series of short forward and back massages blending one into the next all the way to the other side.


Massage 20 to 30 times and even more two or three times a day depending on how your skin adjusts to it. You can gradually build up to a great deal more. See clearly noticeable fading in 15 to 20 days, depending on how vigorous and how frequently you have done it.
